Giving Back
The Christian faith has always provided me with the channels to give back to those around me as well as form myself into an upstanding member of my community. This intimate aspect of my life influences all of my actions and sweetens my day-to-day with a purpose that is greater than myself.
Service
“If you can’t feed a hundred people, then feed just one.”
– St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta
Community
“If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.”
– Mark 3:25
Growth
“It is in giving that we receive.”
– St. Francis of Assisi
Driving Force
It has been through my faith that I have found the greatest personal growth. The selflessness that these charitable organizations have promoted have deeply founded in me a greater sensibility for those in need. They have led me to be truly intentional about how I live my life and the work I do for others. I never plan to stop participating in these organizations that allow me to give back to others and grow from the services I offer.
Me Time
My admiration for the ocean and the outdoors has fueled my passions towards scuba diving, fishing, and snowboarding. Funny that hundreds of feet below the waves is where I go to decompress from the busyness of life.
Scuba Diving
Resting before my next dive in Apo Island.
Cannyoneering
Canyoneering through the jungle in Dumaguete.
Snowboarding
Carving down the slopes of Aspen.
Fishing
Personal best redfish off the Galveston pier.
Thriving on the Edge
This comfort in the extremes has allowed me to push myself to explore new frontiers in my day-to-day life and thrive outside of my comfort zone. I am forever grateful for the role that nature has played in my personal development, it is truly a blessing.
